The Lawsuit Puzzle
The Lawsuit Riddle
Mr. Jones filed a lawsuit against the company he worked for. He claimed that the company he worked for was drugging him to make him a better worker. He claimed that the coffee the company provided contained a drug called Trimethylxanthine. Trimethylxanthine is an addictive drug that increases alertness, improves concentration, and gives you a euphoric feeling.
It operates using the same mechanisms that amphetamines, cocaine, and heroin use to stimulate the brain only to a lesser degree. When the coffee was tested it was found that it did contain large amounts of Trimethylxanthine.
But, Mr. Jones did not win his lawsuit. Why?
because he couldnt have known what the company put in the coffee ? trimethylxanthine or cocaine
this is the only thing i can think of
because he couldnt have known what the company put in the coffee ? trimethylxanthine or cocaine
this is the only thing i can think of
Because Trimethylxanthine is naturally occurrung in coffe
Because Trimethylaxine is the chemical name for caffeine
He wanted to promote the drug by filling the lawsuit ..)
what is the correct answer for this ????????????????????
caffeine is the correct answer.
An easy look up.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caffeine
This is in addition to the caffeine answer, which sounds more logical to me- Because the company asked for PAYMET for the coffee, and it wasn’t actually free. You cannot claim lawsuit for something that you are willingly undergoing.
