There is a mute person who wanted to buy a tooth brush for himself.  He then decides and goes to the shop, imitates actions by brushing teeth and somehow made the shopkeeper understand that he wanted a toothbrush and purchases it.

The interesting question is that when a blind man goes to a shop how would he express himself to buy a pair of glasses?
